Microsoft Powerpoint Viewer

 

If you do not have Microsoft Powerpoint installed on your system you will need to download the viewer to run the presentations.

Once downloaded, the file will need extracting using Winzip or similar.  NOTE: If you do not have Winzip click here to return to the downloads page where you will find a link to download the program.

Instructions

Click on the link below to download, when prompted, choose 'save to disk' - select your location and click OK.

Locate the ppviewer.zip file on your PC where it was saved to, and double click.

Extract the file to a suitable directory on your hard disk. 

Once extracted you can run the program by double clicking the ppview32.exe file. 

NB: You can create a shortcut by right clicking the file and selecting create shortcut.  Once created you can click and drag to your task bar or desktop for future use.
